Job Description
- Promote the company's existing products and introduce new products to the market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
- Negotiate project contract with clients or customers.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, contracts, and related documents.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Generate regular reports on market update, project update, and other information for internal sharing.
- Stay up-to-date with market conditions.
- Provide customer quotation based on requirements or proposed solutions.
- Strong and clear presentation and communication skills.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess Diploma (e.g. NIE, SIM, LaSalle-SIA, NAFA) or higher qualification, preferably in Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience is required, preferably in a sales or business development role.
- Proactive, independent, and a strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work in fast-paced environment.
