Responsibilities
- Customer Prospecting Support: Assist in qualifying leads, gathering basic customer information, and scheduling meetings for seniors.
- Lead Engagement: Perform first-touch calls or emails to introduce products/services.
- Quotation Preparation: Draft simple quotations and submit for senior/executive review.
- CRM Data Entry: Maintain updated records of leads, deals, and customer details in CRM.
- Documentation Support: File proposals, quotations, and contracts for audit readiness.
- Internal Coordination: Liaise with operations/admin teams to check availability, timelines, and ensure smooth handover post-deal closure.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Higher NITEC / Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field (Electrical, Mechanical).
- Experience: 0–2 years of sales support, customer service, or tele sales experience.
- Technical Skills:Basic knowledge of sales processes (prospecting, quotations).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
