Job description
Key Responsibilities for Sales Executive
  1. Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities to ensure smooth and efficient project execution
  2. Allocate daily manpower effectively and ensure tasks are carried out in accordance with construction and shop drawings
  3. Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of tasks within the project timeline
  4. Attend site and project meetings with clients, consultants, and relevant stakeholders
  5. Maintain accurate documentation, including inspection records, progress reports, handover documents, and defects lists
  6. Assist the Project Manager in the preparation and submission of shop drawings, method statements, and other technical documents
  7. Ensure all variation orders and site instructions are properly documented and implemented
  8. Identify and record defects, ensuring corrective actions are taken promptly
  9. Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality finishing for all site activities
  10. Respond proactively to site issues and resolve them in coordination with the Project team
  11. Enforce safety protocols and ensure full compliance with workplace safety and health regulations at all times
  12. Coordinate the procurement and timely delivery of materials, tools, and equipment necessary for site operations
  13. Liaise with the workshop and subcontractors to ensure timely installation and delivery of fabricated components
  14. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Management team

  • Position Title: Sales Executive
  • Working Location: Changi Business Park
  • Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm, Saturday 8.30am-12.30pm)
