Job summary

A renowned bakery company in Singapore is seeking a friendly and energetic Sales Assistant to engage with customers and promote products at pop-up events and in-store. The ideal candidate should be passionate about food and pastries, with strong communication skills. Experience in sales or F&B is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. Flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, are required.

Share product knowledge confidently (e.g., flavours, ingredients, specials).

Offer samples and upsell bundles or special sets.

Drive daily sales targets through active engagement and closing techniques.

Support merchandising — keep the display attractive and well-stocked.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the booth or counter.

Assist with basic cashiering and transaction handling.

Gather and share customer feedback with the team to improve promotions.

Represent fun and friendly brand personality at all times.

Requirements

• Friendly, energetic, and confident in engaging with people.
• Passionate about food and pastries (bakery experience is a plus!).
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills in English (other languages are a bonus).
