Our client, a manufacturing company, is looking for a Sales Executive.
Office Location: CBD, Singapore
Job Responsibilities
- Develop new business and increase or protect market share by managing sales channels (regional distributors) and communicating directly with customers.
- Manage distributors to achieve sales targets: set annual goals, support daily activities, review progress, and discuss action plans. Maintain good communication to strengthen relationships.
- Maintain and improve relationships with major direct customers by providing high-value services to protect or increase market share.
- Conduct in-depth research to develop new leads and prospects in existing and new geographic areas.
- Note: The successful candidate should acquire sufficient knowledge within the first year to perform routine, standardized tasks independently and ideally handle high-value, non-standard tasks as well.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in English for business communication and negotiation; Japanese language skills are a plus.
- Professionalism and strong commitment to the role.
- Interest in Japanese culture and ability to navigate cross-cultural communication effectively.
- Experience in presenting and implementing improvement proposals for Japanese companies is a plus.
- Driver's license for client site visits (company car usage).

- Working hours: Mon – Fri, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm (Lunch 12 pm - 1 pm)
- Salary Range: $3,200 - $4,200 monthly
- Annual Wage Supplement (AWS): Yes
- Variable Bonus: Based on company performance and staff KPIs
- Annual Leave: 14 to 25 days
