Job Descriptions:
  • Develop new customer accounts and growing clientele base
  • Manage, service, and develop existing clients through customer visits and sales presentation
  • Analyze and forecast market trends, benchmarking against competitors
  • Supervise and manage budgets and resources to meet organizational goals and business objectives
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and personal involvement in customer relationships to remain consistent with business principles.
  • Coordinate with the customer marketing/promotion initiatives
  • Manage and assist in the operation of events held
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, presentations, etc.
Competencies and Skills Required:
  • 2-5 years of quota-carrying sales experience
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills coupled with creativity, initiative, negotiation, good management, and problem-solving skills
  • Pleasant personality, energetic, dynamic, independent, and self-motivated
  • Strong project management and coordination
  • Flexible working time (Must come to the company during the probation period for learning purposes. Flexible working time shall be applied after the probation period, so it depends on you if you may or may not come to the office. Personnel evaluation depends on KPI).
  • Owned car is not required.
  • Simple Writing English & Mathematics Test is Conducted to a candidate.
  • At least "O" Level
  • 5 days per week schedule from 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM on weekdays (Work from home will be offered after the probationaryperiod.)
Salary:

$4,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
