Overview
As an Event Executive, you’ll oversee the end-to-end execution of events, from securing new business to ensuring flawless on-ground operations. This role requires a blend of sales, event planning, logistics management, and client servicing to deliver impactful activations and roadshows.
Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in events, activations, and brand experiences.
- Develop and submit tenders, proposals, and sales pitches to secure event projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
- Event Planning & Operations
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute 360° event experiences aligned with client objectives.
- Oversee event logistics, including venue coordination, supplier management, and equipment tracking.
- Manage event setup, teardown, and transport to ensure seamless execution.
- Ensure all on-site operations run smoothly, resolving challenges proactively.
- Lead and supervise event staff, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clearly communicated.
- Train and guide event crew to maintain high-quality service and efficiency.
- Provide feedback and continuous improvements to enhance future event experiences.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in event management, sales, or logistics.
- Strong sales and business development mindset with experience in tenders and proposals.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, outgoing, and proactive in managing client relationships and event execution.
