Overview

As an Event Executive, you’ll oversee the end-to-end execution of events, from securing new business to ensuring flawless on-ground operations. This role requires a blend of sales, event planning, logistics management, and client servicing to deliver impactful activations and roadshows.

Responsibilities
  • Sales & Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in events, activations, and brand experiences.
    • Develop and submit tenders, proposals, and sales pitches to secure event projects.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
  • Event Planning & Operations
    • Conceptualize, plan, and execute 360° event experiences aligned with client objectives.
    • Oversee event logistics, including venue coordination, supplier management, and equipment tracking.
    • Manage event setup, teardown, and transport to ensure seamless execution.
    • Ensure all on-site operations run smoothly, resolving challenges proactively.
    • Lead and supervise event staff, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clearly communicated.
    • Train and guide event crew to maintain high-quality service and efficiency.
    • Provide feedback and continuous improvements to enhance future event experiences.
Requirements
