Job description

Salary Range: $3500 - $4500 basic

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) projects
• Maintain and grow relationships with developers, consultants, main contractors, and sub-contractors
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions
• Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and quotations
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable M&E solutions (HVAC, ACMV, electrical, BMS, etc.)
• Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support
• Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure solutions meet project needs

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering
• Strong technical knowledge in M&E systems
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to read drawings and specifications
