Responsibilities
- In charge of generating new leads
- Provide professional services to existing and new clients through consultative selling, cross-selling or up-selling the company’s products and/or services.
- Establish and maintain strong and lasting relationships with clients by regularly updating them with the company’s new products and introducing innovative solutions
- Provide continuing pre-sales and post-sales support in managing and meeting clients’ expectations.
- Develop and customize relevant materials and presentations that explain key product features and viable technical solutions to benefit clients and prospects.
- Maintain a high degree of technical knowledge to effectively engage in business discussions with clients across industries, and co-create feasible solutions to address engineering concerns throughout the selling process.
- Manage accounts effectively throughout the sales cycle
- Prepare costing, tenders, proposals and quotations for current and new clients.
- Provide weekly reports on sales, pipelines, leads, opportunities and sales activities
Requirements
- Min Diploma in Engineering
- Min 3 years of working experience in sales in Refineries/Petrochemical Industry
- Possess own transport will be an advantage
