Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle internal sales operations, including preparing quotations, processing purchase orders, and following up with customers on inquiries.
• Provide technical and commercial support to customers on valve products and solutions.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors to obtain pricing, delivery schedules, and technical information.
• Coordinate with the logistics and procurement teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.
• Support external sales engineers with documentation, tender preparation, and customer proposals.
• Maintain and update customer records, quotations, and order status in the company’s CRM system.
• Work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Internal sales experience in valves or valve-related products.
• Prior experience in oil & gas, marine, or offshore industries is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of valve types, applications, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.
