Job summary

A semiconductor solutions company based in Singapore is looking for a Sales and Marketing professional to support operations and grow customer accounts. The role requires a minimum Diploma in Engineering or Business Administration, along with at least 1 year of experience in Sales. Successful candidates should be proactive, innovative, and bilingual in Chinese and English, equipped to manage customer relations and generate leads. A competitive remuneration package is offered based on qualifications and experience.

Overview

WARDE TECHNOLOGY (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. was setup in year 2012 and WARDE TEC TAIWAN was established in year 2003 for Semiconductor market in Taiwan to support the Semiconductor customers in South Asia regions. WARDE TEC Taiwan headquarter and factory is located in Hsinchu City, Taiwan (R.O.C.) near the major Semiconductor Industrial Park.

Our Company manufacture parts for both 200mm and 300mm Semiconductor Fabrication Plants and have been supporting to Semiconductor companies in Singapore, Malaysia, USA, Taiwan, China, Europe and Japan for more than 10 years. Our main products are CMP Polishing and Cleaner parts such as Membranes, Head Rebuilt parts, consumable parts and machine equipment parts.

Over the past 10 years, we have built confidence with our customers in terms of consumable parts, especially for High Performance Plastics and Rubber products in terms of quality and competitive pricing. We have also move from supporting CMP modules to other areas, such as CVD (NOVELLUS), PVD, Etch and Implantation for other parts overhaul services and consumable parts.

Job Scope:

  • To support Sales and Operational needs of our customer accounts in Singapore and other regions.
  • To communicate with our customers when required to understand customers' requirement and specification.
  • To follow up with customers feedback and complaints on our parts and services.
  • To aggressively market and promote WARDE parts and services to our customers in Singapore and other regions.
  • To continuously and pro-actively generate other business and sales leads.
  • To assist and support the General Manager in other relevant duties as required by the company.

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronic, Microelectronics, Electronic or Electrical) or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales and Marketing; experience in semiconductor industry is a plus point.
  • Outgoing personalities and abilities to resolve complex customers complaints and enquiries.
  • Abilities to engage customers and creating new customers relationship and generating new business leads.
  • Proactive, Innovative, 'Think out of the Box' personality and a 'Teamwork' person.
  • Bilingual in both spoken and written Chinese and English - to liaise with Chinese speaking associates.
  • Remuneration package will commensurate according to experience and qualifications.
