A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Sales Engineer for Power & Energy Solutions. This full-time position offers compensation up to S$5,500/month plus performance bonuses. Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell assigned products/services to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities in strategic sectors.
  • Participate in seminars, presentations, and high-level sales negotiations.
  • Track and follow up on project leads through various channels.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, market reports, and competitive analyses.
  • Manage offer creation and ensure both commercial and technical accuracy.
  • Coordinate order processing with internal and external stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
  • 3 years’ experience in the Power or Electrical Industry.
  • Background in product sales, electrical spare parts, or asset management is an advantage.
  • Willing to travel and adaptable to dynamic work environments.
