Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Sales Representative for Microscopy solutions. The candidate will promote and sell products to academic, research, and industrial customers, develop relationships with partners, and identify new business opportunities. A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 2-3 years of B2B sales experience are required. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential. Job description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell Microscopy solutions to academic, research, clinical, and industrial customers.
  • Develop and manage relationships with channel partners, distributors, and direct customers to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in life sciences, biotechnology, and related sectors.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with end users.
  • Support distributors with technical training, pre-sales support, and marketing activities.
  • Work closely with application specialists and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely support.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts through CRM tools.
  • Participate in trade shows, workshops, and product exhibitions as a representative.
Requirement:
  • Min Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or related disciplines.
  • Min 2–3 years of experience in channel sales / B2B sales / analytical instruments industry.
  • Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and microscopy applications is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
