Develop and grow the department customer baselines
Leads the sales in chillers and other products, following up on current and future projects
Taking proactive steps on future projects, with regular updates on the stages of the project and which consultant, main contractor and mechanical contractor get awarded
Conduct presentation to owners, consultants and engineering companies to promote company’s products and after‑sales service.
Make regular visits to them to support their work for new projects.
Participate in tender projects including cost estimation, prepare compliant list and bidding document.
Performs detailed engineering or financial analysis to quantify project cost
Assists in technical clarification and negotiation
Handle existing customer’s accounts to support them on after‑sales plan and proposals
Obtain costings from vendors and prepare quotations to customers including negotiation and obtaining purchase orders.
Support service engineers by coordinating delivery and project execution on site when required.
Report all the visits, spec‑in, project details, activities in CRM (Kintone) and also to immediate superior.
