Job Responsibilities
  • Attend customer inquiries promptly, prepare sales quotations, process orders, and provide post‑sales support.
  • Address customer issues related to technical specifications, product quality, and delivery.
  • Support business development efforts through presentations, customer visits, and proactive follow‑ups.
  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Execute all relevant sales activities to achieve assigned sales targets in the Singapore market.
  • Lead sales team in achieving sales targets and coaching junior sales staff.
Job Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience
  • NITEC / Diploma / Degree in an Engineering discipline (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical or related)
  • Knowledge of Pneumatics, Control Systems, Robotics, PLCs, or Servo Drive Systems will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, customer‑oriented mindset.
