  • Position Title: Sales Engineer (Industrial Equipment / Technical Solutions)
  • Working Location: Boon Lay
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday, 8:45AM-6:15PM)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + Transport Allowance + Mobile Allowance + Performance Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve individual sales targets by managing the full sales cycle, including lead generation, follow-up, service delivery, and deal closure.
  • Understand client requirements and assess equipment needs to prepare and deliver tailored sales proposals and technical presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure ongoing collaboration and business growth.
  • Provide after-sales support by assisting clients with equipment issues, recommending suitable materials, machinery, or replacement parts.
  • Oversee daily activities to ensure project progress aligns with quality and performance goals.
  • Implement sales strategies set by management to expand the company's customer base and market reach.
  • Collaborate with team members to gather information and prepare tender submissions.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge to introduce innovative technologies and value-added solutions to clients.
  • Review and evaluate sales performance with management through regular updates on prospects, targets, and project timelines.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to prepare periodic reports and communicate sales activities and project status to suppliers.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in any engineering field
  • Candidates with at least 1 year of Sales experience will be advantageous.

  • Prior experience with tender systems such as Gebiz
  • Class 3 Driving License
