Job description
  • Build and expand the department’s customer base.
  • Lead sales activities for chillers and related products, following up on both ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Proactively track future projects, providing regular updates on project stages and awarded consultants, main contractors, and mechanical contractors.
  • Deliver presentations to owners, consultants, and engineering firms to promote the company’s products and after-sales services.
  • Conduct regular client visits to support their involvement in new projects.
  • Participate in tender submissions, including cost estimation, preparation of compliance lists, and bidding documentation.
  • Perform detailed engineering and financial analyses to assess project costs.
  • Support technical clarifications and commercial negotiations.
  • Manage existing customer accounts, providing after-sales support and proposal development.
  • Source costings from vendors and prepare customer quotations, including negotiation and securing purchase orders.
  • Support service engineers by coordinating deliveries and on-site project execution when required.
  • Record all client visits, specifications, project details, and activities in the CRM system (Kintone) and report to the immediate superior.
