Qualifications

Project Sales Engineer (HVAC, Chiller or BMS Retrofit & Maintenance Contract)

$ 3800 – $ 5000 + Transport Allow $ 1000 + Attractive Bonuses !!

East Area, Ubi. 5 Days, 9:00pm – 6:00pm.

US MNC – Min 16 Days AL + Good Medical Benefits.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage customer accounts as the main point of contact and build strong, lasting relationships.
  • Identify and secure sales opportunities for retrofit projects (HVAC/ACMV upgrades) and service contract maintenance.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions, ensuring timely follow-up with customers.
  • Conduct site surveys, equipment sizing/selection, and coordinate with technical and operations teams for project delivery.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and vendors, prepare costing sheets, and ensure projects/contracts are delivered within budget and timelines.
  • Provide market insights, organize service reviews, and ensure customer satisfaction through continuous support.
Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Building, or related field.
  • Or min 1–3 years of sales experience in HVAC/ACMV industry (knowledge of HVAC and Chiller Plant systems required).
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and commercial contracting.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documents.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-focused, results-driven, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
