Job summary

A leading HVAC solutions provider in Singapore seeks a Sales Executive to achieve sales targets and promote HVAC products. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and has 2-3 years of outdoor sales experience, preferably in Motors and Fans. Knowledge of energy-efficient technologies and HVAC systems is essential. This role involves managing key accounts and conducting customer presentations. Competitive salary package includes up to $4500 + AWS + additional bonuses.

Job Descriptions

• Achieve sales targets of company products and services within assigned industry and accounts.
• Promote and sell company’s products and provide specialized information as per required.
• Managing key accounts ie. OEM, contractors, and end users.
• Make regular sales calls and visit on existing major accounts and establish contact with new accounts.
• Ensure that proposal pricing is accurate and technically correct.
• Organize and conduct effective presentations to customers.
• Locate and develop specific sales opportunities and plan specific sales approaches.
• Work closely with customers in the development of specifications to meet their needs.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics.
• Minimum 2- 3 years relevant working experience in outdoor sales, preferably in Motors and Fans or control system.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and energy-efficient technologies (experience with EC fans is an advantage)
• Certified Energy Manager (CEM) – Advantageous for energy efficiency projects.
• Green Mark Professional (Singapore) – Preferred for projects involving sustainability.
• HVAC-related certifications (e.g., ASHRAE membership, LEED AP) – Added advantage
