Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities through cold-calling and networking.
- Conduct assessments in customer facilities, including walkthrough audits, measurements, analysis, and studies to evaluate energy needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling value-based sales presentations and proposals.
- Address customer objections, negotiate terms, and close new business deals.
- Prepare official documents such as contracts and discuss contract amendments with lawyers.
- Coordinate installation projects, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure smooth project execution within timeline and budget.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, building strong long-term relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Engage proactively with customers to understand their current and future energy needs, challenges, and business objectives.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell and upsell relevant services and products.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account information in relevant systems (Salesforce, Sharepoint, SAP, etc.).
- Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth through service expansion, new projects, and deeper engagement.
- Perform meter-reading and billing works on the first business day of the month.
- Drive island-wide to visit customers, work-related companies, and authorities.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 2 years of sales experience in a related industry (energy, manufacturing, or related industrial sectors preferred).
- Self-driven, able to work independently, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
