A global MNC in the lift and elevator sector is seeking a Sales Executive to develop strategies for new business growth. This role involves managing product lifecycle, conducting market analysis, and collaborating cross-functionally. Ideal candidates will have a diploma/degree in Engineering or Business and 1-2 years of sales experience in the lift, elevator, or escalator industry. Attractive compensation package available.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of sales experience in lift, elevator, or escalator is required.
  • Experience in construction and facility management sales is welcome.

  • Own product lifecycle management - define product strategy and roadmaps.
  • Develop business cases for new product-market opportunities.
  • Drive market intelligence - analyze technology trends and customer needs.
  • Lead pricing strategy through market research.
  • Plan and execute annual budgets.

  • Work Hours: Mon to Fri
  • $3,600 - $4,000 Basic + Transport + Attractive Commission

The Job:
  • Own product lifecycle management - define product strategy, roadmaps, and positioning to achieve global revenue and profitability targets.
  • Develop business cases for new product-market opportunities, leading the product development process with R&D and NPI teams.
  • Drive market intelligence - analyze technology trends, customer needs, competitors, and emerging packaging innovations.
  • Lead pricing strategy through market research and value-based pricing models.
  • Plan and execute annual budgets and strategic reviews aligned with global sales teams.
  • Support global product launches, marketing communications, and technical events to strengthen market presence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, R&D, operations, and sales to ensure timely scale-up and delivery of new solutions.
The Talent:
  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering/Business
  • 1 - 2 years Sales Experience in Lift, Elevator, Escalator
    • Construction & Facility Management Sales Experience is welcome as well
