The Job:
- Own product lifecycle management - define product strategy, roadmaps, and positioning to achieve global revenue and profitability targets.
- Develop business cases for new product-market opportunities, leading the product development process with R&D and NPI teams.
- Drive market intelligence - analyze technology trends, customer needs, competitors, and emerging packaging innovations.
- Lead pricing strategy through market research and value-based pricing models.
- Plan and execute annual budgets and strategic reviews aligned with global sales teams.
- Support global product launches, marketing communications, and technical events to strengthen market presence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, R&D, operations, and sales to ensure timely scale-up and delivery of new solutions.
The Talent:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering/Business
- 1 - 2 years Sales Experience in Lift, Elevator, Escalator
- Construction & Facility Management Sales Experience is welcome as well
