Job summary

A noted maintenance service provider in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will contribute to revenue growth, develop new business relationships, and must possess at least a diploma in Civil Engineering. Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin are essential. Applicants with organizational skills and knowledge of engineering drawing are preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic engineering drawing.
• Prior experience in an architect firm or construction industry is preferred.
• Possess a Class 3 driving license will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and grow company revenue.
• Develop new business and increase customer base.
• Identify marketing opportunities for new customers.
• Participate in site showarounds and handle tender and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving and growing company revenue.
• To develop new business and increase customer base.
• Identifies marketing opportunities of new customers.
• Participate in site showaround and be involved in tender and procurement.
• To prepare & monitor sales volume and revenues on a regular basis.
• Follow-up on sales enquiries email.

Requirements

• Possess at least a diploma in Civil Engineering or or relevant filed .
• Knowledge of basic engineering drawing.
• Preferably with prior experience in similar capacity in Architect firm and/or construction industry.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• A strong sense of achievement and motivation to excel in Sales.
• Able to speak fluently and write well in English and Mandarin (to handle queries and feedbacks from English and Mandarin speaking clients)
• Good initiative, well organized, meticulous and able to work independently.
• Class 3 driving license will be an advantage.
