Industry/ Organization Type: Design & Built/ Gas System

Position Title: Sales Engineer

Working Location: Sembawang

Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon – Thu (8am – 6pm), Fri (8am – 5pm)

Salary Package: Basic Salary + Meal & Transport Allowance + Performance Bonus (Twice yearly)

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities
  • Visit client locations to evaluate project needs and generate tailored cost estimates.
  • Plan budgets and work closely with vendors to secure materials and manage timelines.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to source materials, negotiate pricing, and maintain delivery timelines.
  • Prepare formal tender documents and develop proposals that align with client expectations.
  • Present solutions clearly and persuasively during client meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Monitor industry trends and identify potential opportunities for expansion.
Qualifications
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in a Sales Engineering role or equivalent technical sales position.
  • Exposure within the semiconductor sector is preferred.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Mandarin (reading and writing), as to liaise and handle documents with Taiwan headquarters.
