Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Works under general supervision to assemble and present sales proposals and packages and conduct site visits for design requirements & specifications.
  • Proactively source new prospects and generate new leads locally and regionally.
  • Confer with prospective clients to assess their needs and determine system requirements.
  • Collaborate with Engineering Team to propose an integrated solution.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations on products, solutions, and services.
  • Generate quotations and tender documents as required by clients in a timely manner coupled with strong follow-up to secure an order.
  • Compile sales activity reports and update customer database on a regular basis.
  • Assist with other assignments and projects as requested by the management.
Requirements
  • Entry-level with little to no experience welcome, on-job-training provided.
  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant experience in Sales with an interest in Industrial Engineering will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient at Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong written competency and adept communicator with positive and motivated attitude.
  • Meticulous problem solver who excels at completing assigned tasks within stipulated datelines independently and resourcefully.
  • Experience in engineering sales, knowledge in Bulk Material Handling, Pneumatic Conveying and Integrated System will be an added advantage.
