- Maintain good relationship with existing clients
- Work with the team for sales activities with accurate cost analysis and sales strategy
- Involve in tender and contract terms and conditions with reporting manager
- To work closely with reporting manager to identify business opportunities/ project sales and coordinate with technical team to implement business model
- Monitor customers and competitors' activities in market
- Be up to date on existing and new technologies, products and services in the market
- Provide pre sales technical assistance and product education, after sales support service
- Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
- Prepare presentation to potential clients
- Ensure CRM is up to date
Requirements
- Degree in Chemical Engineering preferred
- Min. 5 years experience in sales and marketing role with 3 years in water industry
