Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a sales professional to drive technical selling in the oil, gas, and manufacturing sectors. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in engineering sales, strong communication, and networking skills, with the ability to work independently. Responsibilities include collaborating with the sales team, preparing proposals, and providing post-sales support to clients.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 Years of Experience in Technical Selling and Engineering Sales Preferably.
  • Possess Own Vehicle Will Be An Added Advantage and/or at Least a Valid S'pore's Class 3 Driving License.
  • Independent and Competitive with a Strong Desire to Seek Sales Opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with sales team and external sales partners.
  • Perform outdoor visits to customers across the sales territory.
  • Dealing with technical selling, consultative selling, cross-selling, or up-selling.
  • Prepare costing, tenders, proposals, and quotations for clients.
  • Generate reports and maintain sales records.
  • Generate and qualify new leads and arrange appointments.
  • Maintain proper documentation of client contacts.
  • Provide post-sales support service to resolve client complaints.

  • Collaborate Closely with Overall Sales Team, China , Japan , Singpaore External Sales Partners, Sales Clients from SMEs / MNCs Organisations.
  • Perform Outdoor/Visiting Customers , To Travel Within the Sales Territory Required. - TUAS / JURONG ISLAND / LOYANG / CHANGI AREAS
  • Dealing with Technical Selling, Consultative Selling, Cross-Selling, or Up-Selling – Dealing With Various Types of Industrial Valves for Oil & Gas / Manufacturing / PetrolCHEM. Related Industries; **
  • Prepare Costing, Tenders, Proposals, and Quotations for Clients.
  • Generate Reports, Maintain Sales Records of Transactions, Negotiate Contracts and Sales Orders.
  • Generate and Qualify New Leads, Arrange Appointments (via Phone Calls, LinkedIn, Emails) for Introductions or Sales Presentations.Responsive Services with Follow-Ups.
  • Maintain Proper Documentation of Client Contacts and Sales Services Provided.
  • Post-Sales Support Service : Resolve Client Complaints by Investigating Issues and Developing Effective Solutions.
