  • A consistent track record of exceeding targets and closing complex deals.
  • Entrepreneurial hunter mindset with strong prospecting skills.
  • Fluency in Russian with ability to engage C-level stakeholders.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive growth across the Central Asia region. You'll be working with leading institutions in crypto Web3 fintech and financial services helping clients adopt secure and scalable digital asset solutions.

What You'll Do
  • Own and deliver monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships
  • Drive new business through prospecting territory and account planning
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers, BDRs, and wider GTM teams
  • Maintain accurate pipelines and reporting within CRM
