About Vallous International

Vallous International is a Singapore-based mission-critical infrastructure and energy solutions integrator. We deliver critical power systems, energy efficiency, IT/OT convergence and preventive maintenance services for data centres, commercial & industrial facilities, and energy-intensive enterprises.

Role Purpose

The Sales Director will own Singapore’s business strategy, driving revenue growth, expanding strategic accounts. This includes developing long-term relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs, and positioning Vallous’ solutions—including Power systems, UPS services, and IT infrastructure solutions to meet those needs.

This leader will also shape sales strategy, develop the local sales team, and position Vallous as the trusted partner for uptime-critical and sustainable power solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Growth & Sales Leadership
  • Develop and execute the Singapore sales strategy to achieve annual revenue and gross margin targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with clients in data centre industry and energy-intensive facilities.
  • Manage and expand relationships with global OEMs and M&E contractors.
  • Account & Stakeholder Management
  • Solution Selling & Value Creation
  • Position Vallous’ capabilities in critical power, emergency response, and energy efficiency / decarbonisation.
  • Team & Capability Building
  • Lead, coach, and scale a local sales team.

  • Advise management on commercial models and go-to-market strategies.
Key Requirements
  • 10+ years’ experience in sales, business development, or account management in critical power, data centres, M&E, or electrical infrastructure.
  • Proven track record of closing large, complex deals.
  • Strong network among data centres and enterprises decision-makers in Singapore.
  • Strong strategic and commercial acumen with P&L responsibility experience preferred.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Growth mindset: comfortable in a scaling, fast-moving company.
Success Indicators
  • Achievement of annual sales & gross margin targets in Singapore.
  • Growth of key strategic accounts and long-term service agreements.
  • Successful market positioning as a trusted critical power + decarbonisation partner.
