Job Description
- Develop sales strategies and chart direction for sales growth and market expansion.
- Set and meet targets for company growth – Sales, Profit, Inventory, Collection.
- Establish strong customer relationship to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Nurture and maintain long-term partnership with key customers or distributors.
- Leadership and team development to coach and motivate staff.
- Top management engagement with customers and business divisions.
- Lead and manage company resources effectively to achieve company KPIs.
