  • Develop sales strategies and chart direction for sales growth and market expansion.
  • Set and meet targets for company growth – Sales, Profit, Inventory, Collection.
  • Establish strong customer relationship to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Nurture and maintain long-term partnership with key customers or distributors.
  • Leadership and team development to coach and motivate staff.
  • Top management engagement with customers and business divisions.
  • Lead and manage company resources effectively to achieve company KPIs.
  • Data-driven sales analysis for decision making.
  • Understanding of market trends and propose strategies and action plan for growth and expansion.
  • Set up product seminars, trade shows, with key customers to introduce Panasonic products.

  • Proficient in Japanese in order to liaise with related party, required to have at least JLPT N1 level as the role required to communicate with Japan HQ and translation of Japanese documents to English vice versa (Business level)
