As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be at the front line of our growth engine—building relationships, identifying opportunities, and creating a strong sales pipeline for our business. This is a fantastic opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to kickstart their career in tech sales and learn from a high-performing global team of AEs.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers within target markets.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries across email, phone and chat
- Execute outbound sales & marketing campaigns
- Travel to events and conferences worldwide, presenting on booths and driving face-to-face marketing and sales opportunities
- Reach out to prospects through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to introduce our solutions.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads, understanding their business needs and challenges.
- Set up meetings and product demos for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate lead and opportunity data in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot).
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to refine outreach strategies.
- Continuously learn about our products, the tech ecosystem, and emerging industry trends.
What We’re Looking For
- Track record of top performance or prior achievements and success
- Experience: No prior sales experience required
- Prior sales training certification will be a strong advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, curious, and self-motivated attitude.
- Comfortable engaging with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Interest in technology, SaaS, or global business solutions.
- Resilient under pressure and able to handle rejection positively.
