Job summary

A leading company in air conditioning solutions in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a sales planning role. Responsibilities include preparing market analyses, creating dashboards, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in engineering, is proficient in Microsoft Office, and has at least 2 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of Power BI/Tableau is advantageous. This position may require occasional travel within the Asia Pacific region.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' working experience in data management and analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to work under pressure and multitask effectively.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Preparation for sales planning activities - data consolidation, market analysis, and reporting

• Create dashboards and prepare sales forecast for review

• Proactively follow up on outstanding submissions and documentations

• Be involved in product development for Applied Products

• Identify gaps to propose to team in order to determine course of actions to take

• To establish and maintain orderly filing and documentation

• General administrative support to team

• Perform any other duties as assigned by superior
  

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering

• Proficient in Microsoft Office - particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• At least 2 years' working experience in similar capacity (data management and analysis, sales planning and product management)

• Knowledge of Power BI/Tableau will be advantageous

• Resourceful, self starter with good interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure and multi- task effectively

• Some travel may be required to Asia Pacific region
