Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls, emails, and live chat messages from customers to address questions, concerns, and complaints.
- Issue resolutions: Investigate customer issues, identify root cause, and work with relevant departments to find solutions and provide timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer information in the system, log customer interactions, and update relevant records.
- Order processing and tracking: Process customer orders, monitor order status, and communicate updates to customers.
- Complaint management: Escalate complex complaints to appropriate personnel, document complaints, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Performance monitoring: Track key customer service metrics like customer satisfaction, resolution time, and first-contact resolution rate.
- Quality assurance: Ensure customer service interactions adhere to company standards and guidelines.
- Collaboration with other departments: Work closely with sales, marketing, technical support, and other departments to address customer needs and resolve issues effectively.
