About The Role

LVL Music Academy is looking for a Part‑Time Sales & Customer Service Assistant to support retail sales in our instrument shop and assist with front‑desk duties at the music school. This role suits someone friendly, proactive, and comfortable speaking with parents, students, and musicians.

Roles & Responsibilities

Sales Support (Main Focus)

  • Assist customers in choosing violins, cellos, cases, and accessories.
  • Explain product differences and guide customers toward suitable options.
  • Help maintain product displays and ensure items are well‑presented.
  • Process sales and support simple inventory tasks (restocking, tagging).

Customer Service & Front Desk

  • Greet walk‑ins professionally and assist with basic enquiries.
  • Help parents with trial bookings, registrations, and simple admin tasks.
  • Answer WhatsApp messages, calls, and emails when on shift.
  • Provide friendly, warm service to ensure a positive experience for all visitors.

Operations & Daily Upkeep

  • Keep the shop and front‑desk areas tidy and presentable.
  • Assist teachers or management with ad‑hoc tasks during your shift.
  • Prepare rooms or materials when needed.
