Job description
Position: Sales cum Customer Service

Salary: $2800-$3000 + Commission


Working Day & Hour: 5 Days (44 working hour per week including weekend)


Working Location: Singapore Flyer / Funan Centre


Job Responsibilities:


  • Actively and professionally interact with clients from a variety of backgrounds to generate interest in and close deals on the company's goods and services.

  • Proactively market, promote, and engage in public relations for the company's flight packages and items.

  • Collaborate to provide a level of service that surpasses the expectations and experience of clients.

  • Organize the franchise's daily activities efficiently in order to anticipate and surpass the expectations of your clients.

  • Professionally and quickly address management's requirements as well as walk-in, phone, and email inquiries.

  • Offer assistance to the instructor pilots and programs that the company hosts. Support sales and marketing campaigns with marketing as well.

  • Keep the company's property and the premises clean, safe, and conducive to productive work environments.

  • Perform tasks in a responsible and thorough manner, bringing up matters that management should be aware of.

  • Help with certain managerial tasks; may be asked to speak on behalf of the company at outside gatherings or communicate with outside agents and vendors.

  • The CSA's responsibilities and job scope are by no means restricted to the aforementioned. The employer may occasionally allocate additional responsibilities and/or tasks.
