- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of agreements to close profitable deals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales and account management process.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Work closely with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance, etc.) to deliver quality service.
- Handle client issues, complaints, or escalations efficiently.
- Prepare account reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Lead the account team.
