Job description
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of agreements to close profitable deals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales and account management process.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Work closely with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance, etc.) to deliver quality service.
  • Handle client issues, complaints, or escalations efficiently.
  • Prepare account reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
  • Lead the account team.
