A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Sales Coordinator/Support to handle logistics tasks.   • Working hours : Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3000 + AWS + $100 Monthly Allowances + 7 Days Annual Leave
  • Duration : 1 Year Contract
  • Industry : Electronics / Semiconductor
Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate & processing of related sales matters; preparing DO, sales invoices.
  • Experience dealing with customers, creating quotations and invoices, and coordinating delivery dates.
  • Understanding of B2B (corporate sales).
  • Process sales orders and follow up on order status, ensuring timely delivery and accurate tracking.
  • Other ad-hoc activities assigned
Requirements
  • Min 1 year of sales support experience
  • Experience using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and ERP systems (e.g. SAP).
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
