• Involve in the Work Flow of Sales/Purchase
• Churning out Quotation, Sales Order, Purchase Order, Tax Invoice, Delivery Order, Packing List and Documentation.
• Monitor Delivery Schedule from Suppliers / to Customers to ensure prompt and efficient delivery
• Oversee Inventory turnover and levels
• To ensure goods are properly and correctly packed before delivery
• Boost the company sales/profitability by conducting regular market feedbacks, suppliers review
• Manage day-to-day operations and administration support services
• Ensure timely completeness and accuracy in assigned tasks
• Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments
• Professionally represent the company with integrity and honesty

Requirement

• 1 to 2 years of Working Experience in Spare Part Sales
