  • Position : Sales Coordinator (Smart home appliances) - Up to $3,500 + AWS | EAST
  • Location : East – Loyang Way
  • Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits
  • Duration : Permanent

Responsibilities
  • Handling incoming phone calls professionally
  • Attend to walk-in customers and provide basic sales support
  • Coordinate deliveries and liaise with drivers/customers
  • Attending to customer messages and inquiries promptly
  • Prepare and issue invoices and delivery orders
  • Support sales activities and general administrative duties
  • Maintain accurate records and follow up on orders
Requirements
  • Minimum or Nitec in Administrative field with at least 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Basic computer and invoicing knowledge
  • Able to multitask and work independently
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking associate.
