Responsibilities
  • Primary contact for customers and distributors in the Oceania market.
  • Creation of quotations as per customer request.
  • Maintain customer records and updating of sales data in CRM systems.
  • Processing of purchase orders accurately and ensuring timely invoicing.
  • Coordinate with internal logistics, logistics partners to ensure prompt deliveries.
  • Monitor stock availability and communicate lead times to customers.
  • Handle import/export documentation and internal compliance requirements.
  • Assist with warranty claims, servicing requests and related client servicing.
  • Ensure records (e.g., Works Orders, Purchase Orders, Completion of Work, Invoices, etc.) are archived securely within the fileservers.
  • Any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Must SAP
  • 1 years' relevant experience.
  • Experience in international logistics or export documentation.
  • Proficient in MS office applications (Excel, Word & PPT).
