Role Overview

Seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator / Sales Administrator to support sales, service, and logistics operations for its Singapore branch. This role is responsible for order processing, customer communication, inventory coordination, and general office administration to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter customer purchase orders accurately into the ERP system (Infor LN)
  • Communicate with customers regarding lead times, order status, and deliveries
  • Prepare documentation and shipments from local inventory, track shipments and provide updates to customers as necessary
  • Issue quotations from the CRM system
  • Assist with stock take and receiving inventory from overseas headquarters
  • Liaise with customers to coordinate service and sales visits as needed
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Diploma in any discipline with 5+ years of relevant experience in sales administration, sales coordination, order processing, or a related role
  • Experience using ERP systems such as Infor LN, SAP, or equivalent
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
