Job description

• Prepare Delivery Order, Invoice, Packing list and shipping documents.
• Place Purchase Order with our principals and follow up on delivery status.
• Process order data entry according to customers’ requirements and ensure
• Orders are in order and delivery on time.
• Follow up on customers order and delivery schedule.
• Assist in preparing reports, filing and documents control
• Support management in improving operation efficiency and workflow
• Other administrative duties and ad-hoc duties.
