Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process sales orders, quotations, and contracts accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain timely updates and proper documentation of all sales transactions.
  • Deliver excellent customer support by handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Escalate complex matters to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Assist the sales team with administrative duties, including report generation and record maintenance.
  • Facilitate company registration as an approved vendor when required.
  • Provide support to the finance department and carry out other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma with minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, order processing, or a related administrative role
