Job summary

A leading distributor company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Coordinator to manage customer orders and coordinate with internal teams. The role requires a minimum O-Levels qualification and proficiency in Microsoft Office. As a member of the sales team, you will provide support in processing sales orders and maintaining records. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is advantageous but not necessary as training will be provided.

Qualifications

  • Minimum O-Levels required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Process and follow up on customer sales orders and quotations.
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and documents.
