Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with production, logistics, and project teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and shipment documentation.
• Serve as the main customer contact, managing inquiries, order updates, and issue resolution.
• Maintain and analyze sales reports to support performance tracking and decision-making.
• Liaise with the finance team on invoicing, payments, and related documentation.
