Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for an experienced candidate to manage customer orders and coordinate deliveries. The ideal applicant will have a minimum diploma, over 5 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and SAP. Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders and ensure pricing aligns with quotations or prior agreements
  • Coordinate with factory to update special pricing and monitor delivery schedules
  • Follow up on client payments and overdue accounts, coordinating with HQ as needed
  • Handle Letters of Credit (LC), negotiations, and related documentation
  • Issue debit/credit notes when necessary and monitor credit limits
  • Release orders according to customer shipping instructions (Incoterms, delivery details, forwarders)
  • Assist with project registration and maintain project data in CRM/SAP systems
  • Prepare documents for customs clearance (e.g., Certificate of Origin, Test Certifications)
  • Manage customer complaints and coordinate with Quality Department
  • Arrange documentation for material returns
  • Maintain customer data and respond to email/phone inquiries
Skills & Knowledge
  • Requirements: Minimum Diploma in any discipline, 5+ years relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP system is highly preferred
  • Experience with import/export documentation is advantageous
  • Prior experience in cross-cultural environments and handling customs issues in Southeast Asia/Australia is a plus
  • Able to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail
