Job description

Fritz Hansen is looking for a proactive and service-minded Sales Coordinator (SCO) to join our SEA-AU team, based in Singapore. In this role, you will be at the frontline of our business, acting as a key point of contact for dealers, and the internal sales force across Southeast Asia, Australia, Taiwan and Hong Kong.

As a Sales Coordinator, you are an ambassador of Fritz Hansen and are expected to live our values by taking initiative, assuming responsibility, and ensuring excellent service to our partners and colleagues.

Please note: This position is based in Singapore. Applicants must be Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents.

MAIN TASKS:
  • Coordinate and manage customer orders, ensuring accurate order handling, follow-up, and communication on deliveries, changes, and product‑related inquiries
  • Act as a primary contact for dealers, architects, and internal sales, providing professional and timely support via email and phone
  • Collaborate closely with HQ and regional stakeholders to align on supply chain, logistics, and special‑order requirements
  • Support efficient logistics and delivery processes in cooperation with the shipping team
  • Handle invoicing, payment follow‑up, and reporting to HQ
  • Support regional sales and marketing activities, including campaigns, events, and partner initiatives
  • Maintain and update master data, systems, and partner information
  • Contribute to continuous improvements of service, processes, and ways of working
  • Support the Area Sales Manager with quotations, partner coordination, ad‑hoc tasks, and smaller projects
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Service‑minded, proactive, and positive in your approach
  • Structured, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once
  • Independent team player with a strong sense of ownership
  • Performance‑driven and solution‑focused
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Mandarin is an advantage
  • Strong ERP experience (Dynamics AX preferred) and solid IT user skills
