A leading education organization in Singapore is looking for a Sales Coordinator to assist the sales team, manage customer inquiries, and support promotional events.   • Position Title: Sales Coordinator
  • Working Location: Bugis (5 mins walk from MRT)
  • Working Hours: 5.5 days, Mon - Fri (1pm - 10pm), Sat (1pm - 5pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3,000 + Commission + AWS
  • Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team find, follow up, and close sales. Keep customer details accurate and current in the CRM system.
  • Answer questions from potential and current students about courses and services. Set up consultations, calls, and follow-up meetings.
  • Prepare and handle sales paperwork, like quotes, contracts, invoices, and reports, ensuring everything is processed on time and correctly.
  • Serve as a connection between the sales team and other departments, ensuring good communication and teamwork to meet customer needs.
  • Assist in planning and running promotional events, open days, and information sessions to draw in potential students.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales data, create sales reports, and share insights with management. Spot trends and suggest ways to improve.
  • Manage general office tasks, such as scheduling meetings, organizing calendars, and maintaining records.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by quickly and professionally addressing inquiries and issues.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2 years' experience in sales or coordination, preferably in the education sector.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Customer-focused with good problem-solving skills.
