• Support Customer Service by assisting with inquiries.
• Suggest and implement improvements for workflow efficiency.

Summary

• Location: Kaki Bukit (walking distance from MRT)
• 5 days / Office Hours
• Basic up to: $3200 + Incentive + Bonus

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely entry of customer orders, including checking order details and pricing.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to plan and track deliveries, ensuring they meet customer expectations.
• Upload invoices to customer portals promptly, ensuring all required documents are complete.
• Match Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and Invoices to resolve any discrepancies.
• Handle urgent or special orders efficiently and with flexibility.
• Support the Customer Service team during manpower shortages by assisting with inquiries and resolving issues.
• Suggest and implement improvements to enhance order accuracy and workflow efficiency.
