A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced administrative and sales coordinator. The candidate will provide quotations, ensure customer satisfaction, and coordinate with suppliers. A diploma or degree in Business and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required. Competitive salary offered up to $3k plus variable bonuses.
Working hrs: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm
Location: Jurong East
Salary: Up to $3k + VB
Prepare and provide accurate quotations to customers in a timely manner.
Deliver excellent customer service to foster strong, long-term client relationships and support the achievement of the company’s annual sales targets.
Liaise and coordinate effectively with local suppliers to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
Perform ad hoc administrative and personal assistant duties for the Director as required.
Minimum 1 to 2 experience in admin / sales coordination functions
Diploma / Degree in Business / Administration / Management
Proficient in Microsoft Office
