A reputable HR consultancy in Singapore is seeking a Sales Coordinator for a 6-month maternity cover. Responsibilities include supporting the Key Account Manager, processing customer orders, and coordinating documentation for shipments. A minimum Diploma in Business Administration and proficiency in MS Office are required. This role offers a salary between $2500 - $3000, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.

Location: Pandan Road Singapore (Clementi)

Responsibilities
  • Support and assist of Key Account Manager / Executive
  • Review incoming enquiries
  • Sourcing of items from overseas & local vendors and manufacturers
  • Follow up quotation with customer
  • Processes customer orders
  • Create/issue Purchase Requisition & Purchase Order to vendors and manufacturers
  • Coordinate documentation for shipment
  • Assist Accounts Department to follow up on payment
  • Assist colleagues during their absence
  • Any other ad hoc assignments
Requirements
  • Min Diploma in Business Administration or other relevant discipline
  • Proficient in MS Office
